The late American TV news anchor man Peter Jennings was once quoted as saying “I don’t think a reporter should give advice or make predictions.” but after spending some time out reminiscing and with exactly four days to go until the start of Paris Fashion Week Castings, I’ve decided to give my own predictions for this season, sorry Peter.

- Numerous models will miss their runway shows due to either
a) forgetting b) being too hungover or c) or turning up to the wrong show!

- Kanye West and his bald headed bird will turn up to every fashion show on the schedule and will not clap at a single finale.

- Questions such as  ”Where are you from?, Where are you living?, What agency are you with? Have you got any shows yet? What you up to tonight? Have I met you before, i’m sure I have?” will be the soundtrack to many a long waiting casting queue conversation.

- All models will be heard complaining about the extortionate “justice” tax that we have to pay for every cent we earn in Paris during the season, even if we are not French citizens- 50%+ 20 % agency fee= 70% tax!!!!!!!!!!

- An American model will challenge a British model to a drinking contest- The British model will win.

- Numerous models will cheat on their spouses- i’m sorry girls but it’s true, keep them on a leash!! 

- Three American models will get mugged whilst wondering aimlessly outside various metro stations.

- A designer will show a collection with the use of only a black and grey color palette- even though its spring/summer season.

- Four Models will be banned from a certain posh Parisian club.

- Two models will go to all the castings and then not return to Paris for the shows.

- One model will say …”This is the last season i’m doing” but they’ll always come back for the next!

- One model will visit all the castings and shows using a skateboard.

- A group of models will come back from Milan proclaiming they’ve actually lost more money than they made by going there.

and last but not least….

- At least one model will end up in custody, most likely for public disorder, happens every season!

THAT’S ALL FOR NOW, FOLKS!!
